Ado Bernardo

Hi, I’m Ado — a pastor, coach, and lifelong learner passionate about helping people grow in faith and leadership.

I serve as Dean of Students at Every Nation Seminary in Manila, where I mentor future ministers and leaders from around the world. Before full-time ministry, I taught at the University of the Philippines and served cross-culturally in South Korea.

I’m also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach who enjoys helping teams discover how they can work better together. Outside ministry, I collect iconic watches — reminders that time is a gift worth spending well.
