They knew how to convey the love of cooking, and that's where I started my first steps in the exciting world of gastronomy.I studied at the Champagnat University, Argentina, the Bachelor of International Trade, but moved by the desire to learn more about everything from childhood was nursing within my family, I did some cooking classes, from which I could merge my interest, so I made the decision to move to Spain to deepen my training, especially in management direction, focusing on finance, management skills, marketing to the dining area, and this is where I start to consolidate this knowledge, this instead of the hand of CEAC, thus obtaining the title of Technician in Kitchen. But that was not all, come the turn of the master, a MBA (Master of Business Administration) in hospitality and leisure at the Institute for the Study of company, this one was able to give me realistic overview of the hospitality world, which perfilándome it would be my next post degree, this time in the direction of food and drinks offered by the Graduate school of Hospitality Open (ESAH) in Seville. Allowing me focalizarme over the management of this department.
