Hi there, I’m Adrian. I’m an evaluator and researcher with more than 5 years of experience working with social-justice-oriented nonprofits and foundations to spark learning and systems change. I am experienced in leading project teams in designing and facilitating culturally responsive and equitable mixed-methods evaluations, building capacity for evaluative thinking, and effective data storytelling.
