Hi, I’m Adrian. I’m a Software Engineering Manager living in Southern California. My philosophy towards technology is, ‘Simple Ain’t Easy', something I learned from Rich Hickey. That is to say, its hard to make things simple, but its easy to make things difficult. There is art and beauty in keeping things simple!

When it comes to managing people, my guiding principle is always to offer ‘Autonomy, Mastery, Purpose’, advice from Dan Pink. I know this works because as an engineer myself, this is how I want to be managed.

In my spare time I play guitar, meditate and I've been known to translate Tibetan texts.
