Wondering about how design better experiences for web and mobile, I'm an interaction designer, passionate about user experience.

PHD and Master on Design, at PUC -Rio, in Ergonomics and Usability Informational Systems research line. Empretec program made in 2004 by Sebrae, Coppe - UFRJ. Graduated on Design at ESPM - RJ, emphasized on Marketing. Attended several Packaging, Marketing and Design courses. Awarded the 2nd, 3rd and 4th editions of the UNESCO / Folha Dirigida Contests. All issues were printed in Portuguese, English and French. Classified by popular jury in Panorama Design International Competition, at Correios Cultural Center (november 2005); also classified in the 9th University Contest RJ Media Group (october / 2005); classified in the Mexican Museum of Design Competition - MUMEDI - A la muerte with una sonrisa (2007) and currently providing consulting on usability in several companies, specialized in research in Rio and Sao Paulo. Ergonomics teacher in post graduated course at CCE PUC -Rio. Experience in training startup programs. Im also a Google Global Developer - UX Expert.

After many years of experience working in design consultancies in Brazil, clients such as Google (Orkut), Petrobrás, Itaú Bank, Johnson&Johnson, Natura, Fleury and others are on my portfolio. This work covers all design process, since the user research until the concept generation – and all necessary iterations in between. I use to help startups to apply techniques and use great tools to identify and find the real profile for the products (already developed or not) - and check if the real users really like it! Additional areas of expertise are marketing and graphic design. Beside Portuguese, English and Spanish are fluently spoken.
