I am a business consultant, currently living in Bahia, Brazil. As a quality management system expert, I implement and conduct audits based on international standard (ISO9001) and national health standards (DICQ, PADI). I also use the methodology of business process management.

I have passion on building good relationship with customers and understand their needs to realize their goals, by offering a suitable and significant service.

I believe in the potencial of a company to transform the society. That is why I am very motivated on train teams and leaderships.
