My name is Adrian Hetman. I'm a Web3 security professional with a deep-rooted passion for blockchain technology.

I started my crypto journey in 2017, moving from Smart Contract Engineer to Auditor, and led the Managed Triage Service at Immunefi as Head of Triage.

Over almost five years there, I built the triage function from the ground up, hired and led the team, triaged thousands of vulnerability reports, and helped mediate one of the largest payouts in the history of Web3 security.

I work across security leadership and consulting. That includes building and running security and triage functions, setting up internal security at projects that don't have one yet, advising on what a project actually needs, reviewing opsec, and setting up triage operations that are efficient and don't miss the false negatives that matter.

Bug bounties, Web3 security, internal security, triage. If it touches how a project keeps itself and its users safe, I've probably done it.
