About Me

Adrian John Williams, is the Chairman of DM Ltd, a UK-based data marketing and consumer insight company based in Ross-on-Wye.

An entrepreneur, business owner and investor, Adrian Williams, Ross-on-Wye has spent most of his career working in marketing and data-driven business development. He studied Economics and Marketing at Aberystwyth University before founding DM Ltd in October 2004.

Under Adrian’s leadership, the company expanded rapidly through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The acquisitions of Data Locator Group Ltd in November 2008 and PDV Ltd in April 2009 helped establish the group as a leading provider of consumer lifestyle data in the United Kingdom.

In 2015, Accolade Publishing Ltd joined the group, bringing with it some of the UK’s most popular online competition platforms, including ThePrizeFinder.com and CompersNews.com.

Further expansion followed in 2017 when Data Locator Group Ltd, a subsidiary of DM Ltd, Ross-on-Wye, acquired the business and assets of the Transactis datapool. This acquisition significantly strengthened the group’s data capabilities, adding transactional data from some of the largest mail order businesses in the UK.

Alongside his business activities, Adrian Williams, Ross-on-Wye, has long maintained a strong interest in the stock market. Since studying Economics at university he has followed financial markets closely and, for over 15 years, has focused on value investing. His investment approach has been strongly influenced by the principles of long-term business investing and the work of Warren Buffett.
