I’m Adrianna,
Driven by curiosity and shaped by multicultural experiences, I’m a business psychologist passionate about technology and its power to transform how we live, learn, and collaborate.
Education and continuous growth have always guided me. For much of my life, I’ve helped others develop psychologically, professionally, and linguistically. Today, I specialise in people, business, and organisational development, working to create workplaces where teams unlock their potential and truly enjoy what they do. I’m committed to my own lifelong learning too, currently completing CIPD Level 7 in Strategic Learning & Development, gradually pursuing certification in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and continually developing my skills as a language teacher (and a student...).
Over the past decade, I’ve led projects and growth initiatives across global markets (spanning IT, EdTech,and FinTech) and I’m now exploring the VUCA world of Web3. My hands-on experience covers every aspect of people and business growth: talent, operations, strategy, sales, partnerships, representation, engagement, andeducation. I always start by asking “why”, “what for”, and “with whom”, and love working with those who share this mindset.
My true passion lies in Learning & Development and multicultural collaboration. I take a holistic approach to building organisations, integrating people, culture, and processes for lasting success. It’s not always easy, but every small win makes it really worthwhile.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me backpacking, discovering new places, enjoying music, or chasing adventure.
