I’m an entrepreneurial executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across real estate, financial services and technology, focused on building businesses that deliver sustainable growth, profitability and long-term value.

As President of CENTUM Canada, I lead the strategic direction and execution of one of Canada’s original mortgage networks, with responsibility spanning financial performance, operations, innovation and technology.

I’m also the founder and President of Imperial Properties, a condominium property management company established in Winnipeg in 2009.

I’m the author of Own the Homeowner, which explores how mortgage and real estate professionals can move beyond transactions to build enduring customer relationships and more sustainable businesses.

My broader interests include business strategy, technology, operational excellence, governance and the intersection of real estate and financial services.

I am a member of FIABCI, The International Real Estate Federation, and the Canadian Condominium Institute, having served at the board level with both organizations. I am also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and hold the Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute (ACCI) designation.
