Innovation. Passion. Colaboration. It doesn't matter what industry, what job, or what task. Those are simply the things that define my days.

I am currently the Director of Workforce Development for a rural seven county area in the mountains of NC. When I am not busy challenging the status quo or making things happen I like to hang out with my wife and eight year old and ride my mountain bike.

I have a lot of hope and optimism about the future, but I also know we have challenges ahead and there's lot's to be done.
