I’m Adrian Tiafierro Keys — a landscape architect from Naples, Florida, and the founder of Keys Ecological Design. I grew up surrounded by nature — mangroves, dunes, and waterways — and those early experiences shaped how I see the relationship between people and the land. My work is about designing places that are both beautiful and resilient, where form and function serve the environment as much as the people who live in it.

I studied landscape architecture at the University of Florida and earned a master’s in environmental design from FIU, focusing on coastal resilience. Today, my team and I work on projects that restore ecosystems, capture water on-site, and reconnect communities with their surroundings.

I also teach at USF and co-chair the Sustainability and Resilience Committee for ASLA Florida. At the end of the day, my goal is simple — to help Florida live with the land, not against it.
