I am a food and beverage enthusiast living in Toronto.
Currently I'm attending the Professional Fromagier certification program at George Brown College as well as Level 2 of the Prud'homme certification program. I intend to be fully certified as a professional fromagier and Prud'homme beer sommelier by the Fall of 2016.
I am also the owner/operator of the Love is Brined Pickle Company where we produce small batch fermented and pickled goods. The current product line includes lacto-fermented sauerkraut, cortido and middle-eastern style pickled turnips.
