About Me

As a technical editor at iMocha, a B2B SaaS HRTech firm, I autonomously oversee the proofreading and editing of technical materials, focusing on coding and technical content tailored for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients. I meticulously ensure that all content adheres to the rigorous standards set by Grammarly in both US and UK English, utilizing a suite of tools including MS Office applications, Git, VS Studio, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, ASANA, and SharePoint to streamline content management and delivery processes.

Collaboration is at the core of my work, as I engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), in-house editors, freelance editors, and Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to address client specifications and align content with company guidelines. Moreover, I specialize in curating and delivering bespoke content tailored to individual client needs, leveraging both my technical expertise and creative prowess.

Complementing my professional endeavors, I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Technical Writing in Business Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, building upon my bachelor's degree in Information Technology Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology. Beyond my technical pursuits, I am deeply passionate about poetry and public speaking, having garnered numerous awards and authored multiple published works.
