Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Psychologist in City of London, United Kingdom
Anna received a M.Phil from University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznan and MSc in The Psychodynamics of Human Development (Jungian analytic stream) from Birkbeck, University of London.
Her initial interest into philosophy of Buddhism, Jung and yoga grew to lifelong devotion. Her degree in Jungian Psychology resonated with her yoga aspirations, as she devoted her thesis to compare the process of individuation with the spiritual development of Kundalini Yoga composed of the seven Chakras. She believed that this combination may be beneficial from the perspective of broadly understood research on consciousness and underlines the culture-shaping approach noted in Jungian understanding of humanity and therapy itself.
Following in the footsteps of Jung, Anna believes that the goal of therapy should be not only the treatment of neuroses and depression, but above all help in the spiritual development, which is the path to self-realization - the path so often lost by the modern man.
She began to develop an interest and curiosity in the integration of mind, body and spirit, and in particular how physical health and happiness are affected by emotions and mental health.
Building on her interest in psychology, she continued her professional development, gaining further qualifications and expertise in Neuro Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Her interest in NLP, Coaching, Mindfulness and Kundalini had continued to flourish. By utilising the therapeutical techniques and Mindfulness, she healed and rejuvenated herself.
Anna has trained with the leaders in her field and is a fully qualified NLP therapist and Coach, Trainer, NLP Practitioner, Reiki, 16 Guidelines and Mindfulness Practitioner.
She has studied with some of the best trainers in the world such as the co-founders of NLP, Dr John Grinder Carmen Bostic and Michael Caroll.
