I'm AduramigbaMC Olayinka a born leader and a thought analyst by nature.

A Creative & Media Technologist who currently cultivate culture with digital media by solving audio-visual specifically for contemporary churches & educational institutions.

As a born leader, I'm coordinating my creative ability which has been deployed in media industry for some years into business/organizational operations and management problem solving for maximizing human resources.

The best thing I love doing is making research and going deep down within me through my thought to analyze and get answers to questions for problem solving and giving clarification to human thoughts. I carry out my investigation by using the 5Ws and 1H Method then create some clarifying insights.

skilled in cinematography, post-production and graphics art, I say media is a dominance influence sphere of life that has the ability to gradually change human behavior; most especially in this age of Digital Media. Every content have the ability to psychologically influence human decision; with this in mind, media content creation and distribution should represent the ideology of promoting a better society and culture.

My learning path projection 👁️ includes: 📚
leadership, design thinking + strategy and innovations management, business administration and operations, philosophy, psychology, human resource management, organization and behavioral thinking, digital media effect & use of technology..etc.

Why this learning path?❓
Having a knowledge of how to discover purpose, my passion and pain has led me to know that I am called into the leadership sphere and that's why have totally choose to develop my leadership ability in other to maximize my existence on earth 🌎.
