THANK YOU ALL FOR COMING TO OUR SECOND FILM NIGHT IN CHESTER ON 25/02/24!
Stay in touch to hear about future events:
A community film evening with a selection of short adventure films from the London Mountain Film Festival (LMFF) showcasing inspiring people from the world of mountain biking, wild swimming, free diving, climbing and more!
We have hand-picked some of the best films from this year’s LMFF, to share inspirational stories emphasising the healing powers of the great outdoors! Watch inspiring people sharing their adventurous stories, for example:
- Mountain Biking: Two teenage brothers, Nathan and Ruben aka “the Trailrippers”, from the Dyfi Valley in Wales, showcase their exceptional skills and explain how neurodiversity can bring benefits and challenges to their sporting career.
- Wild swimming: We hear from ultra-endurance athlete Ross Edgley, the man who swam around Great Britain, and witness his newest challenge, another jaw-dropping feat of endurance, pushing the boundaries and scope of our human potential!
- Sky diving: Maja Kuczynska, an indoor skydiving junior world champion, describes how she uses flying to escape the noise and stresses of the everyday world.
- Family adventure: 9-year-old Freya tells us why she loves sleeping halfway up a steep rock face in Norway and how the outdoors help her to unleash her “superpowers”.
- and more…….
The evening is raising money for an outdoor charity close to our heart, the RNLI.
