Alexander Villagomez

Alexander Villagomez grew up in Sacramento, CA where he attended the Met Sacramento, a Big Picture Learning high school. As a part of the second graduating class in 2008, Alex transitioned to Rhode Island to become a pioneer in the new College Unbound program through Roger Williams University in Rhode Island in 2009.
Since graduating from his Big Picture high school, Alex has pioneered in higher education with College Unbound in Rhode Island, an international travel program to South Africa, and a domestic travel program based around Social Justice along the Mississippi River, as well as the College Unbound opening at Southern New Hampshire University as the Program Coordinator during their start-up year.
Since then, Alex has explored every level of education, working in Higher Education at Southern New Hampshire, Clark University, and Academy of Art University. Alex recently opened a preschool with his wife Amy, and continues to work in elementary schools mentoring youth to fulfill their potential.
