Currently serving as the Director of the California Centers for Advanced Competitive Technologies (www.cact.org)

An accomplished and knowledgeable educator and business professional specializing in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain, and Systems Implementation Management. I hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Laverne.

I began my public service career in 1973 with the City of Covina Public Works Department while working on my undergraduate degree. I continued on to the State of California-Employment Development Department where I administered unemployment claims and taught job search workshops. I spent the bulk of my career in the Private Sector at Storage Technology Corporation (StorageTek) working as a Computer Engineer, Corporate Trainer, Customer Service Manager, and helping to develop the service parts logistics organization. After StorageTek, I worked for two short‐lived dot‐com companies, worked as a substitute teacher, and I was the Transportation Manager at the Gillette Company (now a division of Proctor & Gamble) and Toyo Tires USA Corporation. In 2010 I returned to the Public Sector as the Logistics Technology Manager for San Bernardino Community College District Employment Development and Corporate Training's Southern California Logistics Technology Collaborative grant.

I am committed to developing and educating our future workforce.
