Here’s how we can help :

🚗 Transportation Made Simple – All medical transportation is covered by MassHealth. We’ll handle the paperwork (prior approval takes about 3 days) and then book your rides. Just message us at least 3 days before the appointment, and we’ll do the rest.

💊 Medication Refills & Supplies – Need refills or medical equipment? We’ll coordinate with your providers so your loved one never misses what they need.

🦷👓👂 Dental, Vision & Hearing Care – 100% covered by MassHealth! Regular exams not only protect health but also fight isolation and depression, which can lead to dementia. We know seniors can be resistant sometimes—but let our Care Team gently encourage them until one day they finally say “yes.”
