Daniela founded, co-founded and operated multiple business ventures while performing and managing concurring leadership positions. She’s a seasoned marketer with a thorough understanding of advertising, marketing procedures and visual communication. Daniela has demonstrated ability in leading and managing complex cross functional projects, coaching and mentoring teams, leading change, and driving business process improvement. She has a track record for leading consulting projects on time and within the budget, nurturing client relationships and building strategic alliances. Daniela is recognized for high-level energy, social intelligence and ability to use marketing strategies to get exceptional results. She is knowledgeable about U.S., Brazil, and Jordan markets and culture. Her recent consulting projects are focused mainly on business and strategic planning, market research and analysis, recommendations and reporting, monetization opportunities, and the creation of analytics dashboards.

In January 2016 Daniela stepped into the role of Vice President of the Coaching and Mentoring program for the ALPFA Boston Chapter. Which along with committee members, she revamped the program by shifting it from group-based to one-on-one mentoring, recalibrated programming content, and developed training materials for mentors and mentees. In August she was invited to serve in the role of Vice President of Marketing for the Chapter with the goal of streamlining marketing processes and restructuring governance procedures for a more responsive marketing team.

Daniela earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2015 from Babson Graduate School of Business with a focus in Marketing Strategy and Business Analytics, and a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a focus in Advertising from Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
