Our philosophy is to showcase the best of Africa’s regional cuisines that have developed over centuries, from Moroccan couscous to South African Bobotie, to Ghanaian Jolof Rice and to Ethiopian DoroWat. Without cutting corners, we offer healthful variations of traditional dishes, classics tweaked to reflect current thinking on food and health which makes us unique. We specialize in African pastries and also provide African food catering services. The cuisines of Africa are as diverse as the continent’s geographic patterns and myriad ethnic groupings. Its climatic regions are Mediterranean, temperate, tropical rain forest, desert and semi-desert.
