Being an HR Leader and a Talent Acquisition Specialist, my professional background is oriented towards developing efficient teams and establishing a connection between corporate strategy and human resource management practices. Having a solid educational background in Human Resources and International Business, I have learned how to balance theory and practice.

During my work experience, I have gained considerable knowledge in end-to-end recruiting, strategic planning of the labor force and developing talent-related strategies. As for my professional interests, I am always keen on finding right candidates and improving hiring procedures in order to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Having graduated from college with a degree in Computer Science, I have completed a graduate course in International Business and obtained an MBA in this specialization. Combining my analytical skills and HR strategies, I manage to make informed decisions during the process of selecting candidates.

My main areas of interest include talent acquisition, organizational development, and leadership development. Being a key to success in every company, I consider effective teams essential for the development of businesses and people at all stages of their careers.
