Multifaceted professional with a demonstrated history of working in education, for-profit, social service and health sectors. Skilled in program and project management, recruitment and training, event planning, public speaking, data analysis and evaluation, strategic planning and execution. Able to interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds due to my training around diversity and inclusion, cultural competence as well as experience volunteering abroad to support underserved populations.

My social work background has served as an asset in all professional roles allowing me to effectively manage teams, build strategic partnerships and enhance sales and customer experience. I am adept at career/academic counseling, teaching students ranging from middle to graduate school and assessing social emotional learning by actively listening. I enjoy developing and facilitating professional development workshops to reinforce team building and skill building.

I believe that self- reflection is the key to professional growth and therefore continuously look for creative ways to enhance my skills. My personal interests include volunteering abroad, creating vision boards, reading books that promote self-growth,watching TEDtalks, life coaching and positive psychology.
