I am a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist with over 15 years of experience in designing and managing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems across humanitarian and development programmes in more than 25 countries across Asia and Africa.
My core expertise lies in Results-Based Management, having led both country-level and multi-country M&E portfolios for UN agencies, international NGOs, and donor-funded projects. I have managed the full M&E cycle from developing Theories of Change, funding proposals, and results frameworks to managing performance monitoring, information management systems, evaluation processes, organizational learning, and M&E capacity building.
Technically, I am highly skilled in both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis. I leverage digital tools for real-time monitoring and impact assessment, including mobile-based data collection platforms, automated performance tracking systems, and interactive dashboards. I have successfully led baseline, midline and endline studies, Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) surveys, operational research and learning exercises.
I hold two master’s degrees a Master of Science in Development Studies and a Master of Arts in Economics, along with advanced certifications in M&E. I have a growth mindset, a passion for learning, innovation, and collaboration.
