i have done so many things professionally that it is difficult to summarize it. Working in the digital market for so many years allowed me to develop skills that are beyond any single job description.

Understand our client's needs; customers expectations; business needs; and deliver a comprehensive, effective, efficient, timely, budget restricted, legal restricted, brand restricted, communitication plan and implement it flawlessly is the ultimate goal. I definetely know how to do it and how to gather the best minds and hearts to do it. And don't forget to track results, lessons learned and make it a case for the whole company.

I had success and i also failed in many ways. The lesson i learned in this market is that if you fail, fail fast and move on. Don't waste your precious resources trying to fix it. Dozens of projects, ideas, initiatives - internal and extenal - with one single goal - to leverage the company's business. Marketing had been at the core of it all.

I am as good as the people i work with. I know how to manage the best talents - i've done it - and how to get the best of them. Talents are to be nurtured.
