Agility-Oiada Training Academy is a patnership programme launched by Agility Logistics and Oiada International in Tema, Ghana. Our mission is to assist disadvantaged Ghanaian youth and adults recognize their own self-worth, and advance towards self-sufficiency and financial security through job training, academic reinforcement, improved life skills, job placement, and support services.

Oiada is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization that has been providing educational/cultural programs and services that compliment a schools or organizations' core curriculum/program since 1997. In 2009, through a generous donation from a premier sponsor, we opened our 21st century videoconferencing centers in New Jersey, USA and Ghana, Africa where we connect schools around the world for students to engage in our distance learning programs. Since the opening of our centers, over 300,000 students in 50 states and several countries worldwide have engaged in "LIVE" face to face interaction via video conference. In addition to the educational benefits, our videoconferencing programs develops students' soft skills
