GLOBAL EDUCATION AND LEADERSHIP COACH ECPC
Welcome
If you’ve landed here, there’s a good chance someone referred you — and I’m glad they did.
And if you found your way here on your own, you’re equally welcome.
Coaching is often discovered at just the right moment.
Responding to Our Times
I believe professional coaching has emerged in response to the world we now live in: fast-moving, complex, and increasingly unpredictable.
It's not meant to simplify that reality, but to help people engage with it more consciously, sustainably, and on their own terms.
In practice, my work helps people slow down enough to think clearly again — to make sense of complexity, realign priorities, and make decisions that are both realistic and consistent with their values.
Who I Work With
I work with people who carry a lot — professionally, personally, and often quietly.
They are capable, thoughtful, committed yet navigating periods of pressure, complexity, or transition where clarity is harder to access alone.
Senior Women in International Careers & Higher Education
You are experienced, capable, and outwardly successful — often at the centre of demanding systems and significant responsibility.
You may be navigating:
- complex leadership roles or institutional pressure
- a transition, re-orientation, or decision point
- heavy responsibility that no longer feels fully sustainable
- the quiet question: “I support everyone else. Who is supporting me?”
My work offers a discreet, thoughtful space to reflect honestly, make sense of what matters now, and take action aligned with both your values and the realities of your work and life.
This is not directive or accountability-driven coaching. It is strategic sense-making, grounded reflection, and human partnership — informed by lived leadership experience.
Clients often report clearer decision-making, renewed confidence in their discernment, and more sustainable ways of leading and honouring their lives without losing themselves.
International Students
I work with international students studying abroad in demanding academic environments.
They are talented, driven young people navigating adulthood, academic intensity, cultural transition, and high expectations far from home.
Many carry far more than is visible, and benefit from personalised attention rather than generic support.
Coaching supports students to:
- develop emotional clarity and self-leadership
- manage pressure, motivation, and decision-making
- navigate transitions with confidence
- make thoughtful choices about their studies and next steps
The skills developed here extend well beyond university, supporting both personal well-being and future leadership capacity.
International Organisations & Universities
I also partner with international organisations and higher education institutions seeking human, effective ways to support leadership capacity, talent retention, and student success — particularly during periods of change, pressure, or uncertainty.
This work complements existing structures by offering confidential, high-trust coaching support that strengthens people and helps strategic initiatives take root.
Leaders and students who think clearly, feel supported, and navigate pressure well are more likely to remain engaged, make sound decisions, and contribute meaningfully.
This support is often engaged as a preventative measure — before overload, attrition, or decision paralysis become visible problems.
How I Work
Across all three audiences, my role is that of a strategic confidante and thought partner.
I listen deeply, think alongside you, and help you gain clarity when the path ahead feels too complicated or uncertain.
Clients often describe this work as both grounding and uplifting; a place to slow down, regain perspective, and make decisions that feel internally coherent and doable.
