Once upon a time many years ago I married and began a crazy but amazing journey into parenthood. Noisy, chaotic, spilled beverages and sometimes tears summed up our mealtime, but it was important because it was a chance to share our day. Even though times were hectic, I have always truly loved creating meals and feeding my family and friends. As my children got older my love of making good food remained. I took classes at SurLaTable, watched the Food Network like I was training for the Olympics and channeled some amazing home cooks in my life, which ultimately led me on this blogging journey. Along the way, I also realized that good food doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive and that not only does cheese make any dish better, that cheese and I share a bond, both improving with age.
