Ahmad is a highly accomplished digital marketer with over 15 years extensive experience in social media strategy and execution, digital content ideation and production, and digital marketing. He aspires to tell brands stories and build strong connections with customers to increase brand awareness and brand loyalty. He is influenced by creative art, innovative design, and social connections.

Ahmad currently leads content and social media strategy for Amazon Restaurants and previously Amazon Appstore, where he orchestrated one of Amazon's biggest social media campaigns named #ActuallyFree. Prior to tenure in Amazon, Ahmad was the head of media partnerships for Twitter, managing the Middle East and North Africa region. In this role, Ahmad was responsible for growing users and conversations in the region. He also led Twitter partnerships with media organizations (television, sports, government, entertainment, music, and news) and helped define their content strategy, and how to interpret it within Twitter context. Previous to Twitter, Ahmad has held various roles in Tech (Microsoft), Media (MBN), and Banking (Al Rajhi Bank).
