We do it the other way around: instead of writing a business plan (documenting all unknowns) or executing a predefined theoretical plan, we spend most of our time outside the building to uncover the unknowns by talking to customers, partners, etc. We focus on customer validation and MVP instead of developing a product or executing a predefined business plan. In fact we will never develop "the final" product but rather constantly improving the previous version. Ahmed Abdulwahab was the founding Head of the Incubation Center at Qatar Business Incubation Center (QBIC). QBIC’s mission is to develop the next QAR 100M companies in Qatar. Prior Mr. Abdulwahab was the founding manager for the Entrepreneurship Center at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia. After two years of launching the center, KAUST was select as the Best Higher Education Institution in the Arab World supporting entrepreneurship during the 3rd Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) in Dubai, UAE. Earlier Mr. Abdulwahab was the CEO and Co-Founder of an international e-Learning and Intelligence startup company in Zurich/Switzerland and San Francisco/U.S.A.
