Ahmed is a business orientated professional with over 27 years of international experience in real estate development, project management, construction management and risk and value management with deep technical practitioner experience in real estate advisory service offerings.
He has delivered a number of strategic engagements for major clients in the UK, Middle East and North Africa in sectors including Government and Public Sector, Oil & Gas, Construction and Real Estate, Transport and Rail, Healthcare and Hospitality.
Prior to his current position, he held executive management roles with EY and led the Risk Management for the World Cup FIFA programme in Doha.
He has also led the design and procurement of the Museum of the Future in Dubai.
Currently he is leading a private equity real estate development in Romania.
He has been trained as an architect and gained MSc Project Management from University of London, Expert Witness, RICS, UK and studied Commercial Real Estate investment, MIT, USA.
