Ahmed Shehada

I’m Ahmed Shehada, a technical delivery leader with a background in web development, interactive content, eLearning, and pharmaceutical digital delivery. My work focuses on bridging technical execution, production governance, and business needs across complex digital programs.

I have extensive experience with Veeva CLM, Approved Email, Veeva Vault, CRM integrations, metadata, QA processes, digital sales presentations, and Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud migration initiatives. I also have a strong interest in AI and how it can be used to improve content production, automate validation, support smarter workflows, and create more efficient ways for teams to manage digital assets.

Earlier in my career, I worked extensively with web development and eLearning platforms, including Moodle, Blackboard, WebCT, Angel, and Intralearn. That foundation gave me a strong appreciation for user experience, content structure, and practical problem-solving.

At my core, I’m someone who likes to make things work, and make sure people understand how we got there.
