Ahmed is currently the CTO at Griffin Kenya, a disruptive InsureTech Company based in Kenya.

Previously, Ahmed worked in Online Digital Media & Broadcast Media at Al Jazeera & AJ+ for close to 4 years - being involved in initiatives to digitize the news room's archive systems using state of the art AI initiatives. Ahmed has also worked in the IoT / Embedded Systems space, being a Software Engineering Manager at BRCK for 1 year.
