Ahmet Oguz Mermerkaya

Oguz graduated from Department of Electric and Electronic Engineering at Hacettepe University in 2007. He has been working as a software engineer in Aselsan since graduation. He has been worked in different departments and technologies like VxWorks, UML, Rhapsody in C++. Java, OSGi, Swing, JSF, Android, Web, PHP, etc. Nowadays, he is working in Aselsan at Department of Cryptography and Information Security.

He is one of the writers of "Merhaba Android", one of the first books published in Turkey about Android app programming. His second book is about HTML5 & CSS3. He has given several seminars in conferences and universities about Android, business life and technical issues. He is in the GDG Community and also the member and founder of GDG Ankara. He was the lead organizer of Android Developer Days 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Lately, he is working on IT projects and tries to contribute to the world even if it is a drop in the ocean.
