Ahnika Chand

Hi my name is Ahnika and I am a student living in London. I was born in Germany, but grew up mostly in the UK. I am currently studying International Relations and Chinese at SOAS. I've always had an interest in working in aid and development, and ever since I started this degree, my interest has increased tenfold. After I finish my degree, I'd love to find a position working for a charity or (I)NGO.

Here are some of my qualifications:

• I am fluent in English, Punjabi and German
• I speak conversational French and Hindi
• I speak Mandarin at a basic level; by the end of my degree I will be fluent
• I am trained in pediatric first aid
