Andrew Pollen is a UX leader for Cisco Systems. Previously, he was an engagement manager for Deloitte Digital. He lives in Alicante, Spain.

In his spare time, he writes about user experience and whatever else strikes his fancy.

Andrew holds an MBA from ESADE Business School in Barcelona and a BS/BA in International Studies and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
