Mr. Zilberstein built a real estate company from scratch in LA’s Van Nuys district. After graduating USC (1982) and working in banking, he jumped into real estate in 1986, buying his first commercial building. His game-changer? Creating affordable office spaces for immigrant entrepreneurs, targeting Hispanic, Armenian, and Russian business owners.

Today, Zilberstein’s portfolio spans LA and Orange Counties. His son Eli now runs Total Capital, Inc., managing properties including four major buildings on Van Nuys and Victory boulevards.
