I currently run and recently founded a consulting firm, A3P Strategies, focused on helping government clients work better to serve its citizens through technology. A3P Strategies strives to serve its clients with unbiased, impartial advice. Previously, I served at the Small Business Administration revamping many web products and innovation program policies - including SBIR.gov and BusinessUSA, in addition to leading turnarounds in performance of both projects and others. Previously, I was an IT strategy consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, and led/co-founded a venture-funded startup. I recently graduated with my MBA from INSEAD and received an MS in Systems Engineering and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia. My other pastimes include playing basketball, reading non-fiction, and tracking the Washington Wizards.
