Welcome to our new blog. My name is Annette and I am excited to start this new social media adventure.

I am the Lead Customer Service Representative at Douds for almost 2 years now and I truly love coming to work everyday.

I enjoy being at the front desk and interacting with all the animals and their owners. I don't have the expensive degree behind my name like so many of my co-workers in the back, but I am eager to learn and help out when I can. If I don't know the answer for you, I will hunt someone down and get it for you.

I have 4 animals. Buttons is a very small Yorkie, Mya a chihuahua, Poppi a calico-sassy cat and then there is our old lady of the group Tabby who yes is a tabby cat.
