What:

Aikido is a powerful defensive martial art that practices the concept of harmonizing with an aggressor in a way that often eliminates the need for winners, losers, injury, or loss of life. At Aikido Shasta, one can gain a mastery of the skills of Aikido regardless of age, gender, or size of the participants.
