Originally from Atlanta, Ailie started her Public Relations career working at film and television studios in Los Angeles before transitioning to personal publicity for actors and actresses like Jude Law and Jon Hamm. From there, she moved to Nashville working with artists such as Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton, Kacey Musgraves and Reba on all facets of their career including album launches, charitable initiatives, and brand partnerships. Most recently, she worked with brands such as McDonald's, Lyft, Keurig, Snapple, and method home cleaning products. Ailie currently runs her own boutique consulting firm providing strategic counsel to clients such as Universal Music Group, Tribeca Festival, Sony Music, Purity Coffee and more. A proud graduate of both the University of Southern California as well as Cornell University, outside of work Ailie enjoys exploring and spending time outdoors with her husband and their dog named Hank.
