Ailin Hernandez

Hi! I’m Ailin. I’m a Modern Languages graduate focussed on Business with a Marketing & Sales diploma, living in Buenos Aires, Argentina. And yes, indigo blue is my favorite color!

A color that has been associated with virtue, creativity, confidence, professionalism, cleanliness, concentration and communication. All of these qualities that I identify myself with and therefore consider represent me as a professional and -above all- as a human.

I have more than 6.5 years of work experience on a wide range of fields, that include 3 years of experience in Customer Support and 3.5 years of experience in English Education, 2.5 years of experience remotely. Whithin my Customer Support experience I have worked in both retail & wholesales of IT products, souvenir products, clothing, and Education services (tangible and intangible goods), and gained petty cash control skills as well.

I also have a background in writing, translation and online community management.
