Aimen Degaichia is a social entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Witty. He is also the founder of BasmaTech Incubator and works as a strategy consultant at NaqlTech Incubator. Additionally, he previously served as a coach at Indjaz El Djazaïr. Aimen has organized the first online initiative in Algeria called the Mobadara Program, which received over 6700 applications. He was also elected as Vice-president of the student club "Micro Club" at USTHB university and has participated in the organization of several national and international events and competitions aimed at promoting the entrepreneurial mindset in Algeria. Aimen is deeply passionate about the field of entrepreneurship and new technologies.

Il est également le fondateur de BasmaTech Incubator et travaille en tant que consultant en stratégie chez NaqlTech Incubator. De plus, il a précédemment travaillé en tant que coach chez Indjaz El Djazaïr.
