Aimey Tunthasuwatana

Aimey is warm, smart and has strong administrative skills. In her most recent position at California Pacific Medical Center she was able to nurture her creative and resourceful nature. In this role she took on tasks including scheduling and organizing meetings, serving as the point of contact for visitors, helping with the on boarding process and tech set-up, vendor management, and data entry. She managed contact lists in Excel and utilized Word for patient letters and department documents. Aimey directly interacted with insurance companies, updated information about patients in CPMC’s system, and relayed pertinent information to the nurses. She also handled billing, accurately maintaining and balancing daily payment transactions. At CPMC she was responsible for creating uniformity between four administrative offices. She created and implemented organization tools to enhance the work environment. Aimey also has strong customer service experience, and understands the importance of catering to the client, being a team player, and providing outstanding support to her supervisors.

Aimey has advanced MS office skills and can type 60 WPM. She takes initiative, creates and implements structure, has a real “can-do” attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment. She would be able to hit the ground running and add value to the team.

In her spare time, Aimey enjoys showing friends and family around her beloved city of San Francisco, learning front-end development, playing Euro-Style boardgames, and is currently working on becoming an elite Yelper.
