Aino Ruohola

Hey there, I’m Aino. I’m a doctoral student living in Helsinki, Finland. I am a fan of future and real estates.

Previously, I have worked in shopping centre leasing and development with several real estate owners around Finland. In several discussions with potential tenants, the difficulty of predicting their own space needs in future was evident. Hence, I am really excited to be part of the a research project called T-winning Spaces 2035.
