Aisa Rasidagic
Project Manager, Data Analytics, and Student in Dallas TX
Hi, I’m Aisa! I graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas in Spring 2025, and I’m currently transitioning into the world of data analytics. My professional journey began in a pediatrics clinic, where I gained hands-on experience in a patient-centered healthcare environment. Over time, I discovered that my interests were shifting toward understanding patterns, improving processes, and making data-driven decisions—sparking my passion for data analytics.
I’m actively building my analytics skill set, with a focus on Excel and Python, and continuously learning how data can be used to solve real-world problems. Along the way, I’ve gained strong leadership experience by managing a team within a clinic, as well as leading other teams for events and a fundraiser. These experiences strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Through this space, I’ll be sharing my journey of transitioning from the medical field into data analytics, lessons I learn along the way, and insights on how these two worlds can intersect. I’m excited to explore how data can improve healthcare outcomes and beyond—and to grow, learn, and connect with others on a similar path.
