I work at the intersection of communication, learning, and development. My focus is on helping organisations and programmes communicate more clearly, learn more intentionally, and use knowledge in ways that actually improve outcomes.
Over the years, my work has centred on strategic communication, capacity development, knowledge management, and stakeholder engagement, particularly within public sector and development contexts. I’m interested in how ideas move. How people learn. And how communication, when thoughtfully designed, can strengthen institutions, improve practice, and support sustainable development.
I currently lead Four Icons Premium, a multidisciplinary consulting firm that supports organisations through training, storytelling, and communication-driven learning approaches. Much of my work involves designing and delivering capacity-building initiatives, supporting development programmes, and documenting impact in ways that are both practical and human.
Alongside practice, I am deeply invested in learning and research. I am a PhD researcher with a focus on agricultural communication and new media, exploring how communication and digital platforms can support participation, awareness, and development outcomes.
At the core of everything I do is a simple belief. Communication is not just about visibility. It is about understanding, learning, and change. When it is embedded properly, it becomes a powerful tool for development.
