Greetings. I’m Aisha Winfield. I masterfully bring ideas to life. In 2001 I launched A.I.B. Marketing & Consulting, a growing agency that focuses on culture, philanthropy, and education. We enhance your team and provide you with the freedom to create. Our services include producing virtual and in-person events (meetings, conferences, workshops, and retreats) as a primary marketing strategy.
Over the past 20 years my skills have been sharpened by planning events as innovative as the FRSHWV Teen Music & Tech Festival; as large as the Coalition of Schools Educating Boys of Color’s (COSEBOC) Annual Gathering of Leaders for over 700 attendees; and as life changing as Camp Jill Scott, a free leadership development camp for North Philadelphia youth. While working with various organizations and cultural institutions, I’m able to combine passion with purpose.
