Born and raised in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Aitor Barreiro is a technology enthusiast.

He is a Telecommunication Systems Engineer and Computer Engineer from the University of Mondragon Unibertsitatea. He has recently been awarded with the "XLIV Kutxa End of Studies Award", organized by the University Centers of Gipuzkoa, for the best record in Telecommunications Engineering.

He considers himself a curious and passionate person, always eager to learn something new that allows him to grow both personally and professionally. He is very demanding and committed to the quality of his work. My goal, to get a better version of myself every day "he says."

He has worked for several years at SMC International Training as a development and research engineer (R&D&I) in technologies related to Industry 4.0. Since 2020 he has embarked on a new path at JMA Alejandro Altuna S.L.U. focusing on software engineering, development and management to deliver global security solutions.
